Terms & Conditions
General terms for using this website and starting a conversation about working with Social Syncc.
Last updated:
Website use and project agreements
These terms apply to use of the Social Syncc website. An enquiry or service description does not by itself confirm a booking or create an obligation to deliver a project. The scope, schedule and commercial terms of an engagement must be confirmed in an accepted written proposal or agreement.
If a project agreement differs from these general website terms, the project agreement governs that engagement, subject to applicable law.
Responsible use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when making an enquiry. Do not attempt to access the admin area without authorisation, interfere with site operation, upload malicious material, send spam or misuse another person’s information. You may submit an enquiry on behalf of a business only if you are authorised to do so.
Scope, approvals and changes
Deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, timelines and any maintenance or ongoing support are those agreed for the project. Please provide the materials, access and approvals identified in the proposal. Delays in required inputs or approvals may affect the schedule.
Additional work or a change in scope should be discussed and confirmed in writing, including any effect on fees or timing, before it is carried out.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
Fees, applicable taxes, payment milestones, advertising spend, subscriptions and other third-party charges should be identified in the written proposal. The website enquiry form does not take payment. Confirm what is included and what is billed separately before authorising work.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements depend on the agreed proposal and applicable law. Ask us to confirm these arrangements before the engagement begins.
Content and intellectual property
Do not copy or redistribute website text, artwork, code or branding beyond uses permitted by the relevant rights holder or applicable law. Stock assets and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
You must have permission to supply any content, logos, photographs, data or other materials for a project. Ownership or licences for project deliverables, source files, reusable tools and third-party assets must be specified in the project agreement.
Third-party tools and results
Advertising platforms, search engines, hosting, domains, plugins and other external services have their own terms, fees and availability. Responsibilities for account ownership, renewals, access and support should be confirmed in the proposal.
Marketing results and technical performance depend on the agreed implementation and external conditions. No particular ranking, revenue, lead volume or return is guaranteed by the general statements on this website.
Enquiries and privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Use the published contact details to ask questions about your enquiry or our handling of it. Do not send production passwords or confidential credentials through the public enquiry form.
Questions and resolving issues
Contact us with enough detail to identify the page or engagement involved if you have a concern. Project disputes and responsibilities are addressed under the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these website terms as the website or services develop. The date above identifies this version. A website update does not itself amend an existing signed project agreement.
